What you'll be doing day to day
As a Warehouse Business Analyst, supporting IKEA in achieving business objectives at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
- Contribute to high performing daily operations with the focus on processes that interact with the automated system by suggesting new logic and creating new scenarios securing the most efficient use of the automated solution.
- Optimize and proactively influence inflow and range planning, aligning with unit flow needs and considering automation's impact on the backward supply chain.
- Secure and implement warehousing processes, technologies, and ways of working related to the units' automated systems.
- Develop and maintain mathematical models for logistics processes connected to automated systems, focusing on efficiency optimization and cost reduction.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the concerned Standard Operating Procedures and training material related to the processes connected to the units' automated systems.
- Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree (economics, logistics, supply chain management) or proven performance in logistics, commercial, or supply chain management.
- 3 years equivalent experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution center, or supply chain on operational and or tactical level.
- Retail, home furnishing, supply chain, or customer service experience
- Experience with warehouse management systems as well as a range of analytics and statistics.
- Experience with relevant Business Analyst software.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
