Work at the direction of the JDE Project Manager to improve operational performance through optimal use of JDE as a shared service.
The position will report to a JDE Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general business /JDE functional support to assist the business unit with process implementation (example - when a business is implementing JDE and needs assistance with the planning/scheduling function, the analyst needs to map out a comprehensive set of job instructions and process flows to document exactly how the business unit will use JDE in their day-to-day operations)
- Translate local business processes into a comprehensive JDE application flow, and ensure that all critical steps in the process are accounted for
- Configure and implement a series of applications in a JDE environment, referencing a standard JDE model (playbook)
- Solve for gaps versus the "standard model", either by incorporating new base-JDE functionality into the standard model, or by writing a functional specification for a JDE modification, as directed by the Project Manager
- Identify areas of project risk and elevate those risks to the Project Manager
- Provide post-production support to business units, as directed by the Project manager
- Provide end user training on JDE features and functions
- Support the development of end user training documentation, as directed by the Project Manager
- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of 3rd party applications that are defined as in-scope for the project
- Assist with data conversion validations and reconciliations: reconcile open sales, open work orders, standard cost, perpetual inventory, open AR, GL balances, etc.
- Provide regular updates, as defined by the Project Manager, on task completion, issue resolution, system readiness, and other metrics identified for the project
- Recent, relevant, hands-on experience with JDE software
- Practical, real-world business experience
- Cross functional JDE application knowledge (distribution/manufacturing/finance/other)
- Ability to learn new 3rd party packages
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
BS degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
Prior Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience working with JDE applications as a functional consultant, or power user
- 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and heavily matrixed organizations
Working Conditions:
The estimated compensation for this position is $90,000-100,000 US, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $92,700.00 - $139,100.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
