Role: Functional Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Looking for 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge on Banking

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges within the banking domain.

Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

Work closely with software developers and QA testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, addressing any issues or discrepancies as they arise.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the banking sector to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise requirements.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $71,379.38 - $120,000.00 per year
