Job Summary:
The HCPS Information Technology Services division is seeking two senior business systems analysts in support of HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain departments using the Infor Cloudsuite ERP.
- Job duties include but are not limited to:
Review incoming internal support requests and work independently or with a team towards an appropriate and timely resolution.
- Identify and replicate system defects and work with the software vendor or internal developers towards a resolution.
- Assist in the planning for and testing of monthly and semi-annual product upgrades.
- Capture detailed requirements for business process changes, solution design, implementation, and functional testing for business units in Infor.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure timely, appropriate implementation of processes to drive HCPS initiatives and services results.
- Assist in the development of business reviews, presentations, reporting, and analysis required for monthly, quarterly, and annual internal customer needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of all internal business processes.
- Analyze and optimize the inter-relationships between business processes, procedures, systems, interfaces, and organizational structures.
- Investigate and model business functions, processes, and information flows using various analysis tools and techniques.
Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
