Requirements:

• Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);• Technical or business work experience (3-5 years);• Experience working as a Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall (3+ years);• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development;• Experience with Azure Cloud;• Experience in business process design and re-engineering;• Experience communicating and working within cross-departmental teams, strong collaborative skills;• Experience with Microsoft Visio;• Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings;• Leadership experience;• Experience providing business analysis in a criminal justice environment (preferred);• Experience working with Law Enforcement Agencies and associated security requirements (preferred);• Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred);• Experience using the Offender Based Information System (OBIS) (preferred);• Experience with state government projects (preferred);• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred);• Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and/or assist Department staff in business requirements gathering sessions (JADs);• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and IT software developers to document business requirements;• Develop as-is, to-be, and other required business analysis documentation;• Develop and lead implementation of business process improvement recommendations;• Serve as a liaison with Department users;• Follow standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts;• Manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders and provide regular briefings to OIT Leadership;• Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
