Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living as directed by a care plan (bathing, showering, meal preparation, light housekeeping, toileting, etc.)
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being of clients as well as yourself
- Provide companion care, respite care, homemaking and personal care
- Medication reminders
Required Documents
- Current CPR certification (We Provide, if needed)
- Complete a TB Screening Test (within last 12 months - We Provide, if needed)
- CNA License or 75 Hour HHA Certification Required
- Level 2 Background Screening
