Job Description
DayTo Day Responsbilities:
- Taking inbound calls regarding fraud and claims and filing the claims that the customers are calling in to report
Must Have:
- 1 year minimum of customer service on phone call center type experience. The more years the better!
- Must be able to multitask, be communicable, deescalate situations, and use multiple applications at the same time
Notes:
- 3 months CTH – Pay raise to 20-21/hr once brought on direct after 3 months
- Shifts: Needs to be open to both when screening and will get put on either or once hired: Tuesday-Sat 7AM-3:30PM or 8AM-4:30PM ------- Monday-Friday 11AM-8PM.
