El Vez's culinary program showcases creative, yet classic Mexican fare with an emphasis on Baja-style cooking that celebrates the fresh seafood of the South Florida region. An array of Guacamoles, Ceviches and classics like Mahi Mahi Tacos sit side-by-side on the extensive menu along with signature dishes like Grilled Whole Branzino and Traditional Tacos al Carbon.

Desired candidates will have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience working in a well-rated restaurant or hotel
- Strong knife skills with the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
- Preferred knowledge of Mexican cuisine (sauce, preparations, dishes)
- Open availability to work mornings, early afternoons, and weekends desired
- Ability to work well with a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment
