Your Role with the Company
Candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow directions and BEO’s, self-motivation, and willing to be flexible. The PM Dinner cook will run the line in the evening, while assisting with preparing for upcoming banquets, the AM breakfast cook will cook breakfast buffet and menu items.
Background Profile
- 2+ years line cook experience
- Experience with sauté and broiler (for Dinner cook position)
- Ability to be creative and flexible
- Knowledge of cooking for banquets a plus
