- Uccello Development is currently seeking:
- Bookkeeper (Experience: Minimum 5 years)
- Part time (20– 30 hours per week)
- Experience working in home building or construction bookkeeping preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet applicable deadlines.
- Flexible schedule with hybrid office/remote work option
- Job Requirements: QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF software experience essential
- Bank account reconciliations Job Billing and Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable and related statement reconciliations
- Payroll processing and quarterly/annual Federal and State payroll tax filings
- Intercompany and other Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Journal Entry preparation
- Tracking Subcontractor Certificates of Insurance
- Tracking Job Lien Waivers
- Sales Tax Filings
- Annual Personal Property Declaration filings
- General Liability and Worker’s Compensation premium audit reporting
- 1099 reporting
- Secretary of the State Annual Report tracking
- Year End close and preparation/assembly of documents for tax return preparer
- Filing and miscellaneous office tasks
- Backup accounting and related records
- Pay commensurate with experience
