Responsibilities
· Overall organization and processing of paperwork flow from numerous retail locations
· Electronically integrate daily activity from our Point of Sale software into our Accounting software
· Validate electronic data to source data on a daily basis
· Prepare daily bank deposits and keep a regularly updated log of deposits
· Maintain a daily file of credit card transactions and associated processing fees
· Accurately file any hard paper copies of vendor invoices, documents daily
· Review staff time entries and make corrections as needed to support weekly payroll calculations
· Print weekly time sheets for Team member signature validation and file appropriately
· Review electronic payment receipts and record variances to amounts billed
· Post A/R payments against outstanding receivables
· Maintain administrative logs of various operational expenses
· Maintain personnel files of Team members
· On a monthly basis organize documents to support vendor billing statements
· Produce electronic vendor purchase reports and isolate items requiring return to vendors
· Competitively purchase office supplies and ensure adequate “on-hand” supply to support our retail locations and administrative office
· Electronically generate purchase orders for weekly replenishment of parts for our retail locations
· Monitor purchase order status and enter receipt of parts into our Point of Sale on a timely basis
Skills
· Adept at all aspects of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint
· High level of comfort working with various digital tools to streamline workload and maximize efficiency
· Keen “business sense” with ability to apply it while reviewing daily activities of our operations
· Ability to work independently and stay on task throughout the work day
· Willingness to engage in continued learning and take on new tasks
· Strong, collaborative interpersonal skills to provide support and communicate tactfully to our Team members and vendor partners
· Well developed organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
