Office Manager/ Bookkeeper
Seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a small manufacturing firm. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office required. Individual must be reliable, organized and able to work with customers well.
Duties will include:
- Opening and closing the office (7:00-3:30)
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Sales tax
- Working with Outside Accountant to maintain books
- Working with assistant to maintain Governmental Documentation
- Maintain current COI with customers
- Answering phones and emails to address customer orders and concerns
- Inventory ordering
- Scheduling and filing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
