Bookkeeper In Rogers Bookkeeping Firm - 4 Day Work Week

Looking for experienced, professional Bookkeeper to work 8:00am-4:00pm Monday - Thursday in Rogers office. Must be able to work in the office, this is not a remote position.

Please note: This position is for general bookkeeping only. That does not include payroll, tax returns of any kind or client bill pay runs as those tasks are a separate position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years QuickBooks Online and have a general or better understanding of bookkeeping/accounting practices and terms.

As we are a 95% paperless firm, proficiency in Adobe (working with simple PDFs) is necessary as is the ability to learn other software as we introduce more programs to increase efficiency. TSheets/QuickBooks Time, Bill.com, Melio, AutoEntry, Word, Excel, Outlook, construction field management software and other industry specific management client software are also some of the software we use on a daily basis. Familiarity in any of these is a plus.

The ideal candidate will love solving the puzzle bookkeeping can be and be able to have a little fun while doing do.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
