Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including bookeeping, billing, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing budgets.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and rent collection.
- Personal assistant duties.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations.
- Provide general support to clients.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant orbookeeper.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with journal entries, account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and the ability to assist in financial planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
