Duties
- Perform routine bookkeeping processes such as creating invoices, bill paying, payroll and deposits
- Prepare and file employee records and other business documents
- Retrieve purchase orders from retailers and scheduling deliveries
- Maintain insurance requirements for retailers, cafes, and other businesses
- Managing and tracking benefits for employees
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Coordinate and schedule service calls with maintenance vendors
- Maintaining up to date permits with regulatory agencies
- Respond to internal and external inquiries
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide support for onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, bookkeeper or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to work within a team effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
