Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and P&L reports.

Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Expert in using Quickbooks

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently

Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
