Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Responsibilities: - Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. - Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies. - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated care. - Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals for autism spectrum disorder. - Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management techniques. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans. - Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Experience: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred. - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles. - Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and other professionals. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt interventions based on individual client needs. - Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
