Are you a passionate and dedicated BCBA looking for an exciting opportunity in Walton County, Florida? Look no further! We are currently seeking experienced BCBAs to join our team in the vibrant city of Dunfinak Springs.

Position:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Dunfinak, FL 32433

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually

Responsibilities: As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting Evaluations:

   • Perform functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments to understand each client's unique needs.
   • Use evidence-based practices to assess behavior patterns and skill deficits.

2. Treatment Planning:

   • Design personalized behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans.
   • Set specific goals for each client, focusing on behavior modification and skill development.

3. Supervision and Training:

   • Supervise a team of behavior technicians.
   • Train technicians on implementing treatment plans effectively.

4. Caregiver Training:

   • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create caregiver training plans.
   • Provide guidance on implementing strategies at home.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Current BCBA Certification:
  • Maintain your certification and stay up-to-date with the latest research and practices.
• Experience:
  • Familiarity with various skills assessments.
  • Meet all BACB supervision requirements.
