We are seeking a Behavioral Analyst to join our team! For this agency we work with APD wavier, therefore the analyst will be seeing adults over the age of 18+: who have mental disabilities, autism, ADHD, Bipolar, and other disabilities or illnesses that make them display inappropriate behaviors.
In this role, you will conduct create a plan of action that others such as behavior therapists, caregivers, and personal support providers may implement and follow to allow for changes in these behaviors. You will also conduct assessments, write assessments and BASP, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Bachelors degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Licensed as a BCBA or BCABA
- Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willing to attend & present the plan at LRC via Zoom or in person
- Highly organized
