Our co-founder and VP of Clinical Operations, a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), inspires a team to offer excellent clinical care in the field of ABA, understanding that it can only be achieved with passionate professionals who deserve quality training, support, and development throughout their career. We maintain small caseloads for our BCBAs, enabling our team to spend more time with each client and to provide increased supervision (%10-%15 of clinical hours worked) to our registered behavior technicians. Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
- Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
- Train parents, caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Supervision and Training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting
Qualifications Required:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification
- Ability to be credentialed with all funders, including Medicaid
- Reliable transportation
- Valid forms of ID
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
Schedule:
- Flexible Part Time and full time schedules available
Job Type: Part-time
