Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
- Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
- Train parents, caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Supervision and Training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting
Qualifications Required:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification
- Ability to be credentialed with all funders, including Medicaid
- Reliable transportation
- Valid forms of ID
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
Schedule:
- Flexible Part Time and full time schedules available
