Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• 2+ years of certification as a BCBA (exceptions on a case-by-case basis).
• Proficiency in DTT programming, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment.
• Exceptional behavior management, instructional, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility for a full-time schedule and the ability to respond promptly to communication.
• Valid driver’s insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and enhance programming across all areas.
• Lead training for direct support professionals and consultants.
• Develop resources and support for clients and families.
• Implement assessment tools, conduct functional assessments, and develop behavior strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and training to direct support professionals and ABA implementers.

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
