Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
- 2+ years of certification as a BCBA (exceptions on a case-by-case basis).
- Proficiency in DTT programming, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment.
- Exceptional behavior management, instructional, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility for a full-time schedule and the ability to respond promptly to communication.
- Valid driver’s insurance and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and enhance programming across all areas.
- Lead training for direct support professionals and consultants.
- Develop resources and support for clients and families.
- Implement assessment tools, conduct functional assessments, and develop behavior strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to direct support professionals and ABA implementers.
