Summary: The ELC Administrative Assistant will provide support and care for the first-grade students, their parents, and the faculty working in the ELC building.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety and Childcare Support
- Oversee early morning drop-off and childcare.
- Greet and assist parents and guests.
- Monitor cameras and access to the building.
- Assist students with medication, provide care when sick, and communicate with parents.
- Faculty Support
- Assist first-grade teachers with copying, laminating, cutting, and filing
- Supervise safety drills and procedures.
- Communicate with facilities when teachers require support for building needs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Display a wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Working knowledge of technology, both general hardware and software products
