Billing Supervisor (Remote)KBR is seeking a proven leader with supervisory experience and extensive background in government and commercial invoicing to join the KBR Shared Services Accounts Receivable (AR) Department as a Billing Supervisor.
The billing team works alongside project control analysts to complete the invoicing process for all contract types (Fixed Price, T&M, Cost Plus). The ideal candidate is deadline driven, detail oriented and self-motivated, a critical thinker, and has advanced written and verbal communication skills. The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for partnering with the senior billing manager to lead employees to analyze, & submit accurate and timely invoices.

Responsibilities:
- Train and guide Billing Team to consistently follow procedures and processes
- Work with Billing Manager to complete broadly defined tasks which require analysis, advanced problem solving, and reconciliation skills
- Use initiative and judgment to prioritize job details to achieve objectives
- Partner with billing manager to lead Billing Team to meet company and business unit goals and objectives
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree - In lieu of formal education 10+ years of progressive related experience;
- 7 + years of progressive related experience including supervisory experience
- Proven ability invoicing Government Contracts or related Government Contractor experience
- Deltek Costpoint 7.0 or later
- WAWF, IPP, GSA, Exostar, Transcepta, or other payment portals
- Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, complex spreadsheets, and pivot tables
- Requires accuracy, analysis, and ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with other team members
- Coordinate the work of others on assignments and allocates work to and assists less experienced team members
