Job Description
Training Program:
Our entry level program is catered to recent graduates with little customer service experience. We have designed our program to provide team members with the building blocks to achieve their career goals. The program is centered around key customer components such as: customer communication, relationship building, assets protection, paycheck protection and claims settlements. Team members will learn how to navigate through the industry leading customer search engine platform called Sales Force. The position includes hourly wage, over time, potential bonuses and commissions, along with an opportunity to advance within the company.
Responsibilities:
-Follow up with customers
-Having needs-based conversations to uncover solutions for the customer.
- Maintain leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher required
- Flexibility, position may require irregular working hours
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred but not required
Special Conditions (eg. Seasonal, shifts, travel, evenings, etc.):
-Working long hours – evenings and weekends
-Minimal travel

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
