SalaryMiddlesex Gases & Technologies, Inc., a family owned company operating out of Everett, MA, is seeking an entry-level Billing Specialists. The duties would include but are not limited to monitoring our accounts receivable, communicating with and resolving customer concerns, filing, billing, answering phones, taking credit card payments and general office work.
Our ideal candidate should be motivated and detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a group setting, be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. Training for more industry specific software will be provided. Minimum 3 years experience required.
This is a full–time, in–person position at our main office in Everett, MA. Office hours are M-F 7:30am – 4:30pm
