ABOUT YOU
As a Contract and Billing Specialist, you possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, technical proficiency in electronic systems and equipment, a customer service orientation, and in-depth knowledge of federal regulations governing airport security. Your excellent communication and problem-solving abilities allow for a collaborative mindset, working with various stakeholders, and a commitment to professional development, including obtaining Professional Registration in Massachusetts. You are responsible for tasks such as processing forms, conducting audits, verifying data accuracy, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners.
What you will do:

• Manage all information within the Identity Media system concerning contractors, sponsors, and tenants operating at Logan International Airport.
• Establish new companies and contractors within the electronic badging system.
• Oversee contracts and collaborate with various Massport departments to ensure prompt badge renewals and issuance for first-time badge holders.
• Conduct quality assurance on monthly billing, address customer inquiries, and maintain customer account information as needed.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Demonstrated college-level verbal, written and analytical skills, and 4 years' administrative, security, and/or customer service experience.
• Experience in examining travel and employment authorization documents.
• Fundamental knowledge of government issued identification and lawful status documents, including VISA classifications.
• Working knowledge of software-based reporting solutions including Excel, Crystal and Yellowfin.
