What you’ll be doing:
- Promote strong collaborative relationships between the Collections teams and all other Staples internal teams, especially Customer Service and Sales
- Work Summary Invoice Queue daily - create summaries, revise summaries, and set up new summary bill accounts
- Ensure summaries are completed timely
- Provide summary copies to customers and sales when requested
- Help with fraud queue
- Light collections work as needed
- Other duties as required

- Ability to interact with Senior Management
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1+ year of related experience
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Excel skills (Intermediate to advanced)
- Experience with Summary bill process
- Detailed understanding of A/R and summary process
- Strong analytical skills as they relate to internal systems and ability to learn Client line system
