Form of workOur Billing Specialist will join our Home Office. This individual will work with Payroll Specialists and the accounting team. This role is key to ensuring that Ōnin receives timely and accurate payments related to Ōnin branch operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process, Proofing, and Creating invoices in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate via email and phone
- Identify, review, respond and resolve discrepancies
- Retrieve and sort incoming A/R material as necessary
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients
- Create and process credit memos
- Process corrections on invoices as needed.
Preferred Skills and Abilities;
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Ability to answer the phone and other general administrative duties
- Ability to work independently and on a team and take initiative
