Job Description
Turner Pest Control is a rapidly growing pest control company that has been providing excellent service to our residential and commercial customers over the past 50 years. We have stayed at the forefront of in the industry. As we expand across the southeast, we promise to keep innovating and providing the best experience possible for our customers and employees. We currently have 15 branches, 60,000+ customers and 400+ employees and expect to double in size in the next year and this position will be critical to help us grow the industry by constantly improving the methods, technologies, and services we offer and partnering with the best.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Process and post payments onto customer accounts with high attention to detail
· Research, correct, and respond to any payment and/or account discrepancies
· Issue credit memos and refunds as approved by management
· Reconcile daily numbers for tracking and banking purposes
· Generate and send invoices via email, USPS and portal uploads
· Assist with inbound/outbound communications from external/internal customers
· Provide W9s and insurance documentation to customers as requested
· Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years of billing experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
