Sanwa Food Group is looking for a Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to help the accounting team support the daily operations of our retail and delivery operations in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
Generate daily billing for deliveries to customers and inter-company transfers.
Process payments and perform reconciliations
Generate electronic payment transactions.
Prepare daily status reporting.
Process, reconcile and post end-of-day transactions for point of sale system.
Work with business customers to resolve open items via email and phone.
Follow a regular schedule covering a morning shift as well as an evening shift in support of delivery and retail operations.
Qualifications
2 years' experience working with Receivables and customer contact.
High School/GED required. Some college preferred.
History of working with computerized accounting systems.
Use of Excel, Outlook and other Office products
