They are the voice and the face of our dealership. The Internet Response Team/Front Line Sales is the link between the customer and the sales team and are the ambassadors of the Allen Chevrolet Advantage Program. The primary role of the BDC/ Front Line Sales Representative is to motivate the customer to take action to visit the showroom by giving them the benefits and reasons to do so.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads (phone, internet, text) and direct appropriately.
• Contact potential customers using phone, email, text, and our CRM Tool.
• Contact existing customer database for interest in additional vehicle purchases.
• Maintain a positive and productive attitude while working in synergy with coworkers.
• Remain knowledgeable of new products, features, accessories, processes, etc.
• Stay productive in a fast paced, call center environment

Qualifications:

• Automotive, Phone or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit required
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Strong computer skills and data entry efficiency.
• Great phone voice and etiquette.
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
