SupplyOne is hiring a Billing Specialist to join our team in Austell, GA. The Billing Specialist will be directly responsible for the overall operation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the billing function. This is a full-time, Direct-hire role, and will report to our on-site location in Austell, GA.

Job Duties:

• Daily Invoicing: Generating invoices daily for products or services provided by the company.
• Review Invoices for Errors: Checking invoices meticulously to identify any inaccuracies or discrepancies before they are sent out to customers.
• Processing of Credit Memos: Handling the processing of credit memos, which involves documenting and processing refunds or adjustments to customer accounts.
• Prepare Billings for Submissions to Customers: Compile and organize billing information to prepare accurate and timely billings for submission to customers.
• Sending Invoices to Customers: Ensuring invoices are promptly sent out through appropriate channels, such as email or postal mail.
• Scan Delivery Receipts: Digitally scanning and organizing delivery receipts for record-keeping and documentation purposes.
• Month-End Accounting Functions: Assisting with month-end accounting tasks, such as reconciling accounts or preparing financial reports.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Being flexible and willing to undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as needed by the company.

• 1-3 Years of Experience in Billing: Previous experience in billing roles, preferably within a similar industry context.
• Experience in Packaging, Manufacturing, or Related Industry: Familiarity with the packaging or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred to understand the specific nuances of the products and services offered by SupplyOne.
• Experience Submitting Invoices to Customers: Proficiency in submitting invoices to customers, including understanding billing cycles and payment procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for generating reports, documents, and communication.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where priorities may change rapidly.
• Strong Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
