Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join the Accounting Department.
Under the supervision of the Controller and Billing Supervisor, and joining a team of other Billing Coordinators, this position will prepare and submit invoices through the Firm's systems and will monitor the submissions to ensure processing and payment. You will succeed in this position if you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
