WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
As our Billing Coordinator, you contribute to our mission of helping others while earning $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
We take care of our team by offering functional medicine, chiropractic services, and other perks!
As for your schedule, you work during the hours of 8:45 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Thursday and 8:45 am - 12:00 pm, Friday.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR BILLING COORDINATOR
In this role, you take on a wide range of duties to support the day-to-day success of our practice. You're responsible for performing daily billing, balancing financial accounts, and collecting payments. Ensuring total accuracy, you verify patient information, generate invoices, and document your billing activities. You speak with patients about their treatment and offer excellent customer service as you answer their questions and explain billing charges.
You perform other duties around the office as needed to support smooth and seamless workdays. This may include managing our inventory, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, and assisting team members. Your efforts contribute to an efficient and accurate workplace!
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 1+ years of billing experience
- Knowledge about or ability to learn medical billing codes, insurance claim processing, and healthcare compliance regulations
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Organizational skills, communication skills, and strong attention to detail
Experience with medical billing or as a chiropractic assistant would be preferred.
