Billing Coordinator Opportunity

Are you looking for a rewarding position assisting within an Accounts Receivable team? Adelphoi Village is seeking a dedicated full-time Billing Coordinator.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Complete, coordinate and oversee the daily activity of all Adelphoi Village billing functions
• Direct and prioritize activities with the other Account Receivable team members in conjunction with direct Supervisor
• Coordinate and manage all follow up and collection efforts
• Perform needed functions in lieu of direct Supervisor
• Lead billing of all county related invoices
• Lead billing of all medical assistance, commercial and behavioral health managed care organization claims
• Work closely with partial hospitalization program to obtain required insurance authorizations
• Provide back-up assistance to the authorization coordinator
• Document required information both written and electronically (i.e. medical and daily logs, progress reports, etc.) and complete required reports in timely manner

Education and Experience:

Requires FBI, Act 33 and Act 34 clearances (agency assistance provided), PA Driver’s License
