SalaryResponsibilities:
- Process and review billing invoices and statements
-Generating shipping labels
- Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
-processing orders on Ship station
-processing Edi 810, ASN
-communicating via Email regarding order details and billing
-Training will be provided
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and basic math skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
