Accounting / Legal Billing Clerk

Busy mid-size Morristown Law Firm seeking a self-motivated and detail oriented Accounting Professional. Minimum of three + years accounting experience required. Accuracy of record keeping a must. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks & Microsoft office suites programs, including Excel. Responsible for meeting monthly billable quota. Responsible for accounts receivable & account payable, preparing monthly/weekly/daily reports, preparing monthly invoices whilst keeping with billing protocols for large Insurance clients, maintenance of attorneys billable hours, processing and depositing of receivables, maintaining of client ledgers, etc. Must be able to listen and type dictation.
