Billing Clerk Primary Duties:

• Create itemized invoices and any other necessary documents, calculating credit terms, shipping charges, cost of goods, etc. as needed
• Submit monthly billings to clients and enter data into the accounting system
• Send customer statements
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing issues
• Perform adjustments, transfers, and corrections as directed
• Make sure client data is correctly set up in the accounting system by reviewing contract documents and communicating with the project team

Billing Clerk Qualifications:

• 1 year of billing experience
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Takes initiative and has a professional approach to collaboration
• Works independently, prioritizes to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
