JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Data entry, apply payments, insurance follow up calls, bill insurance companies
-Check patient benefits, send patient statements
-Provider credentialing assistance
-Assist front desk CA and provide back up
-Track accounts receivable and report to the doctor
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using the office scheduling system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of billing office and common areas
-Assist with supply tracking, ordering, receiving and pricing
-Participate in team meeting
-Participate in occasional promotional events
SKILLS
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong patient service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
- Knowledge of basic chiropractic and medical terminology
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems or similar software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
