Chiropractic Assistance & New Business Development

Clinical Duties

- Assist the doctor with patient exams

• Taking health histories
• Documentation of symptoms
• Data entry into EHR system

- Patient training

• Instructing patients on in office therapies

- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information

• Transcribing doctors notes tableside with patients

New Business Development (Marketing)

- Community Outreach

• Meet new businesses in community, help promote our in office fundraisers/events
• Follow-up on leads the doctor generates
• Schedule the office speaking engagements in the community
• Find community events the office/doctor can participate

- Digital Develop

• Maintain strong social media presence online
• Engage with with local businesses/community members to keep pages active
• Help grow online following/presence

- Inner office marketing

• Help produce/upkeep existing in office workshops, grow attendance

Preferences

- Background in marketing/community outreach abilities

Radiant Health Chiropractic is a brand new family focused office who opened it's doors in July 2023! We see families, babies, pregnancy care, and all walks of life seeking a higher quality of natural healing in Lacey Washington. We are looking to bring on a technical assistant who has a strength in generating new business!

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to both the chiropractor and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the patient and doctor in the exam and progress exam process. Taking their health history, asking them follow-up questions, capturing their answers and documenting them in a timely manner. Being the doctor's right hand!

As a new business developer you will be responsible for helping our office grow and make an even bigger impact in our community! Helping us schedule educational workshops in the community at small businesses, engage with community members online, helping prospective patients find and choose us! This is not an administrative role. This is very much a boots on the ground role when not in the office with patients! New patient hours vary each week and as such when not needed with new clinics, business development/marketing will take first priority.

*Not Required*: Educational background in healthcare or marketing.

*Absolutely Required*: Strong energy and willingness to learn and be supported!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 34 per week
