Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

Create Wellness Center is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to assist at our Bellevue office on a Full-time or part-time basis. We are a fast-paced clinic and need someone who is able to keep up with busy work. Here are some of the qualifications and responsibilities for this job. Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering any incoming calls and direct calls and messages to the appropriate department/ personnel
• Scheduling patients
• Maintaining patient treatment
• Assist doctors with treatment
• Collecting and verifying patient and insurance information
• Light office cleaning
• Billing/Collecting payment
• Managing office
• Attending mandatory meetings

*Duties may change according to the needs of the clinic.

Qualifications and Skills

• Marketing experience for chiropractic office a plus.
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Managerial position offered for a qualified person.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Must be friendly
• Must be able to multi-task

Office Hours: Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday (9AM- 6PM) , Tuesday/ Thursday (10AM- 7PM) Saturday (9AM – NOON)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
