Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist (~25 Hours)

Our busy and growing Chiropractic office is looking for a part-time superstar to help with front desk operations and assisting the Doctors and massage therapists.

This position for would be approx. 25 hours / week but being flexible with day off requests.

Flexibility to cover shifts/ pick up hours is a must. After training period there will be room to expand your schedule if wanted but not required.

Duties will include:

~Greeting and checking in patients

~Answering a multi-line phone

~Scheduling appointments

~Taking payments and confrontation about balances

~New patient intake consultations

~Working closely with patients and Drs. as a chiropractic assistant (teaching stretches, recommending care based off doctors' notes, new patient consolations) That means this is a very hands on job!!!

~Being personally invested in patient care

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

· Strong multitasking

· Well organized

· Self-starter and can stay on task

· Insurance knowledge is a plus

· Computer savvy

· Strong attention to detail

· Experience with/knowledge of Chiropractic care is a plus

· Friendly, people person

This position will be approximately 25 hrs a week. There will be a training period in which hours will vary and you will work every shift to gain knowledge of every aspect of the office. Training period tends to be about 2-4 weeks.
