SalaryWe are currently looking for a welcoming and compassionate Receptionist-Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy chiropractic clinic. You will be the face of Chiro 1st Capital Hill; the first person they see when they walk in the door.
Receptionist/CA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a welcoming smile and check them in/out
- schedule appointments and checking if patients are on track with their treatment plans
- Treat patients with compassion and empathy while keeping a professional manner
- Educate patients on chiropractic care and how we can help them
- Conduct new patient consultations and take digital spinal x-rays (once certified to do so)
- Explain treatment plans to patients and the patient’s family
- Collect balances and explain the basics of health insurance.
- Comply with health care laws and regulations and organizational guidelines including HIPPA
Receptionist/CA Requirements
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow
- Excellent team player
- A passion for health and wellness
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- A basic knowledge about the benefits of chiropractic is a plus but not required.
