This position works directly with patients and our Chiropractors, and the employee is seen as a vital part of our business. As a family-centric business, we understand that there must be a healthy work/life balance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling patients
- Patient consultations
- Managing patient treatment plans
- Answering multi-phone line
- Working with the VA (veterans), and L&I (Worker's Compensation)
- Processing referrals
- Charting patient encounters
Applicant must have the following qualifications:
- At least five years experience working in an office setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm or willingness to learn about Chiropractic Care
- Looking for a long term job
Bilingual skills in Spanish is a requirement
