Job Description
Your Role Reporting to a Supervisor, you will quickly dispatch drivers to jobs while coordinating driver availability and ensuring a balanced workload. You will be an important part of the team to ensure the best service for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Assign jobs to drivers as they come arrive
- Pick up mail twice a week for Office Manager
- Provide updates to Warehouse Manager, Supervisor and customers
- Monitor the queueing, check emails, and process shipments for export
- Perform any department specific responsibilities as defined by the management team
- Report vehicle driver incidents immediately
- Schedule repairs
- Process warehouse inspections on a monthly basis & send to LQM
- Always be on time and always be available due to dispatch which is the communication to the drivers.
- 1 to 2+ years of experience as a Dispatcher
- Experience with international and domestic airline routings
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Candidates must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
$18.00
Shift:
Monday - Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
