Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials management.
- Manage the warehouse staff to achieve a satisfactory and efficient workflow
- Manage the logistic team to fulfill the delivery schedule in a timely manner
- Corporate with purchasing and other departments to plan for shipment receiving, including unloading shipments, inspecting material, inventory location transfers, and stocking shelves
- In charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and update inventory records in a working sheet or system and transmit to related department
- Participate in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities
- 3 years of experience in management and knowledge of expected warehouse practices
- Food/Restaurant/Manufacturing industry experience is a must
- Basic mathematical skill level required to verify inventory, order accuracy, and other quality-driven initiatives
- Preferred knowledge using Warehouse Management Systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full-Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
