Bilingual Warehouse General Labor.

We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Bilingual (English and Spanish) General Laborer. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support operations across different areas of our facility.

1. Assist with various tasks such as loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and performing general maintenance duties. ...

2. Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks, following safety protocols and guidelines.
3. Clean and organize work areas, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of waste materials.
4. Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling of products according to specifications and quality standards.
5. Support production processes by feeding materials into machinery, monitoring equipment operation, and performing quality checks.
6. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
7. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors in both English and/or Spanish to coordinate work activities and address any issues or concerns.
8. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training programs.
9. Assist with inventory counts and audits by counting, sorting, and recording materials as needed.
10. Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance job knowledge, skills, and safety awareness.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
1. Previous experience in general labor or a related field required.
2. Bilingual proficiency in both English and/or Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy objects or materials.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools, with the ability to use them safely and effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Dependability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
