Bilingual Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Bilingual Payroll Manager who is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. This person will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting, payroll, and administrative duties for the organization.

• Manage all weekly payroll
• Manage relationships with customers and vendors ensuring all items are invoiced and paid.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain procedures for record-keeping to ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data and filing systems.
• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing and accounting systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish
• Proven office management, payroll, and accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of accounting, payroll, and administrative management practices and procedures
• Superior attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organization
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
