Bilingual Medical Assistant

We are a Primary Care clinic in Rowlett, TX. We are about to relocate to Rockwall, TX.

We have 3 doctors and 2 Nurse Practitioners at our clinic and we are looking for an energetic Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team. Job duties include:

Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients

Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients' health history

Set-up EKG machines, administer injections and medications, and perform routine specimen collection and tests

Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments

Assist physician with medical treatments, procedures, and exams

Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies

Assist physician with calling patients with lab results and setting up additional laboratory appointments

Full time Monday-Friday and Off on weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
