As a Regional HR Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing HR leadership and guidance to our assigned locations. Your focus will be on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading HR activities across facilities, including recruiting, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and more.
- Managing and directing the HR team in the assigned locations.
- Leveraging HRIS tools to support the growth of our people and the business.
- Ensuring the effective use of HRIS tools across the organization.
- Providing leadership support for total rewards, including benefit administration and compensation management.
- Adapting and thinking creatively to address diverse challenges.
- Staying updated on employment law and regulations to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience.
- Two or more years of recruiting for Manufacturing roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
- Impeccable integrity and emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field is recommended.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically in the southeast region.
- Bilingual in Spanish
